@Lukesha91 @Xfinity Just spoke to an "escalated" service person after about 4 hours of waiting for a call back. They seemed unaware and "discovered" the outage while on the line with me. Told me it "should" be back within 24 hours and they'd text me to LMK, super helpful /s

@chetfaliszek I could see this behavior from Comcast or Verizon FIOS, but holy hell Centurylink is a B2B / Datacenter / fiber service provider. I am honestly shocked they do not have their **** together on something like being able to buy and assign a static through a webform.

@comcast 1/2 “National email outage” all day today. NO email access for over 6 hours. Won’t be rectified for another 5-6 hr, per support. I run a business w/ no email today. I have correspondence I can’t access. After sitting through THREE “service” reps, I get told no ….
